藍盾股份(300297.SZ)：廣州中院尚未受理對公司的破產清算申請
格隆匯8月6日丨 藍盾股份(300297.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年7月30日披露了《關於公司被申請破產清算暨可能被實施退市風險警示的提示性公吿》(公吿編號：2021-078)，公司債權人蔡斌、李安平以公司不能清償到期債務為由向廣東省廣州市中級人民法院(“廣州中院”)申請對公司進行破產清算，現將該事項的進展情況公吿如下：
2021年8月3日，公司委派律師到廣州中院參與現場聽證，公司已向廣州中院提交了《異議書》及相關證據材料。因雙方對本次聽證程序存在異議，廣州中院法官決定待經合議庭合議後再擇期進行聽證。截至公吿披露日，公司尚未收到廣州中院最新傳票，尚未知悉最新聽證時間，廣州中院尚未受理上述破產清算申請。申請人的申請能否被法院裁定受理，以及公司能否被法院裁定進入破產清算程序及時間尚存在不確定性。
此外，公司於2021年8月5日收到廣州中院發出的編號為(2021)粵01破申363-2、364-2號的《通知書》，債權人蔡斌、李安平因子公司藍盾信息安全技術有限公司(“藍盾技術”)為公司與前述債權人的債務提供擔保且未依法履行擔保責任，以藍盾技術不能清償到期債務為由向廣州中院申請對其進行破產清算。目前，廣州中院暫未受理申請人上述申請，公司將依法向廣州中院提交《異議書》及相關證據材料，請求駁回上述破產清算申請。申請人的上述申請能否被法院裁定受理，以及子公司藍盾技術能否被法院裁定進入破產清算程序及時間尚存在不確定性。
公司正積極與相關債權人、法院進行溝通，將盡快與債權人達成和解以撤回上述申請。此外，目前公司及子公司藍盾技術仍在正常生產經營，而且不具備破產清算的法定情形，公司將依法向廣州中院請求駁回上述破產清算申請。公司將持續關注上述事項的後續進展並及時履行信息披露義務，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
