清科創業(01945.HK)公佈中期業績 收入大增107.4%
格隆匯8月6日丨清科創業(01945.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收入8262萬元人民幣(單位下同)，同比增長107.4%；期間淨利潤1260萬元，上年同期虧損507萬元；每股盈利0.04元。
收入增長主要歸因於營銷服務及培訓服務產生的收入增加，該等增加乃主要由於(i)因中國有效遏制新冠疫情導致線下培訓服務產生的收入增加，(ii)公司於截至2021年6月30日止6個月期間組織的清科活動及大規模定製活動的數量增加，及(iii)營銷服務下的線上廣吿業務產生的收入增加。
公司的毛利率由截至2020年6月30日止6個月的40.0%增加至2021年同期的45.8%，主要由於隨着公司擴大業務運營，規模經濟導致公司的收入增長超過收入成本增長。
截至2021年6月30日，公司專有的私募通有合共超過263,500名註冊用户。公司亦編制定製報吿以滿足客户特定資料的需要及支援彼等的戰略決策程序，以及提供週期性標準化研究報吿，讓行業參與者可追蹤、瞭解及分析中國股權投資行業。截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司為約79個客户編制定製報吿。
於2021年6月30日，公司有約297名員工，而於2020年6月30日為約243名。截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司產生員工成本總額(包括董事薪酬)4150萬元。
公司表示，2021上半年，公司在運營和財務方向表現強勁，收入較去年同期翻倍。得力於新冠疫情在國內的有效控制，客户的服務需求上升，線下營銷服務及培訓服務產生的收入均有大幅增加。一直以來，公司的各項業務根基穩健，客户羣體廣泛多元，公司預期未來業務增長趨勢將會持續。
展望未來，公司將繼續夯實現有業務，確保營收穩健增長；同時，加強新業務、新產品、新服務的建設和拓展，為未來增長做好佈局。公司將持續服務創投每一程，為中國經濟、城市基金和產業發展作出新的貢獻。
