格隆匯8月5日丨廣濟藥業(000952.SZ)公佈，公司根據實際生產經營情況及業務發展的需要，擬在原經營範圍的基礎上增加部分新業務領域，並修訂《公司章程》中的相應內容。該議案尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
原經營範圍：生產經營大容量注射劑(玻瓶、軟袋)、原料藥(核黃素磷酸鈉、維生素B2、恩替卡韋、阿託伐他汀鈣、鹽酸坦洛新、利奈唑胺、替加環素、依普利酮、甲磺酸帕珠沙星、硫酸氫氯吡格雷、替硝唑)、片劑、顆粒劑、凝膠劑、乳膏劑；食品添加劑生產、銷售；飼料添加劑的生產、銷售；桶裝純淨水生產、銷售；內部職工食堂(不含涼菜、不含裱花蛋糕、不含生食海產品)；貨物進出口及技術進出口(不含國家限制或禁止企業經營的貨物及技術)；生產直接接觸藥品內包裝材料(多層共擠輸液用袋)；單一飼料的生產、銷售；工業鹽的生產與銷售。(涉及許可經營項目，應取得相關部門許可後方可經營)
變更後的經營範圍：生產經營大容量注射劑(玻瓶、軟袋)、原料藥(核黃素磷酸鈉、維生素B2、恩替卡韋、阿託伐他汀鈣、鹽酸坦洛新、利奈唑胺、替加環素、依普利酮、甲磺酸帕珠沙星、硫酸氫氯吡格雷、替硝唑)、片劑、顆粒劑、凝膠劑、乳膏劑；食品添加劑生產、銷售；飼料添加劑的生產、銷售；桶裝純淨水生產、銷售；內部職工食堂(不含涼菜、不含裱花蛋糕、不含生食海產品)；貨物進出口及技術進出口(不含國家限制或禁止企業經營的貨物及技術)；生產直接接觸藥品內包裝材料(多層共擠輸液用袋)；單一飼料的生產、銷售；工業鹽的生產與銷售；藥品委託生產、保健食品生產、保健食品銷售、食品生產、食品經營、飲料生產、化粧品生產、日用化學品製造、日用化學品銷售、第一類醫療器械生產、第一類醫療器械銷售、第二類醫療器械生產、第二類醫療器械銷售、第三類醫療器械生產、第三類醫療器械經營。(涉及許可經營項目，應取得相關部門許可後方可經營)
