永輝超市(601933.SH)：聘任李松峯為首席執行官 全面推進數字化轉型
格隆匯8月5日丨永輝超市(601933.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到首席執行官李國提交的辭職申請，李國因工作調動，申請辭去首席執行官職務，根據《公司法》和《公司章程》的規定，李國的辭職申請自送達董事會之日起生效。
為深耕生鮮源頭供應鏈建設，公司擬聘任李國為富平雲商供應鏈管理有限公司董事長，聚焦源頭大單品的採購、包裝、銷售；同時，李國將繼續擔任公司董事。公司董事會對李國任職首席執行官職務期間的勤勉工作及為公司發展所做出的貢獻表示衷心的感謝。
公司於2021年8月5日召開第四屆董事會第三十次會議審議通過《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》(同意7票，反對1票，棄權0票，董事廖建文反對理由：目前的候選人有較強的技術背景，尤其是企業技術中台的構建，有助於推進公司目前正在推進的全渠道戰略背後的技術實現。但有待補足在零售，尤其是超市行業的經驗和領導及組織能力。建議董事會進一步研究，由提名委員會廣泛搜尋候選人，後續按照既定工作程序提前 1-2個月將候選人的建議和相關資料提交董事會，再由董事會進一步審議)，同意聘任李松峯為公司首席執行官，全面推進公司數字化轉型，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至公司第四屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。李松峯擁有科技零售專業技術，系統的思維能力及良好的團隊組織能力。公司相信李松峯能夠更好地牽頭建立技術驅動運營的組織體系，帶領公司邁向科技永輝。
李松峯，1977 年9 月出生，畢業於南京航空航天大學。2011 年—2021 年，京東集團高級總監、永輝超市股份有限公司CTO。經歷了京東從百億級電商公司發展為萬億級以供應鏈為基礎的技術與服務公司。深度參與了京東移動互聯網轉型、中台化建設、技術對外賦能。因其突出能力及傑出貢獻，曾入選京東JD Pilot 未來領軍人物計劃。李松峯擁有20年技術及管理經驗，擅長在業務變革中構建適合企業發展的數字化能力。自加入永輝超市以後，李松峯負責永輝超市科技戰略、數字化轉型戰略落地，有力推動了永輝超市科技能力和全渠道數字化經營能力建設。
