華爾街投行：建議即刻買入Square
在美國移動支付公司Square(SQ.US)宣佈以290億美元收購Afterpay，並公佈亮眼的Q2業績後，華爾街投行Cowen、BTIG發表研報，上調其目標價，並建議買入該股。
據瞭解，Square表示，將通過290億美元的全股票形式交易，收購澳大利亞金融科技支付公司Afterpay，向消費貸款領域擴張。交易完成後，預計Afterpay持有合併後公司約18.5%的股份。
另外，該公司還公佈了2021年第二季度財報，財報顯示，該公司Q2總淨營收爲46.81億美元，上年同期爲19.24億美元，同比增長143%；歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤2.04億美元，上年同期淨虧損1147.8萬美元。
其中，Cash APP創造營收33.3億美元，同比增長177%，毛利潤5.46億美元，同比增長94%；Seller生態系統創造營收13.1億美元，同比增長81%，毛利潤5.85億美元，同比增長85%。
Cowen分析師George Mihalos表示，將Square評級由“與大市持平”上調至“跑贏大市”，目標價由266美元上調至343美元。該分析師表示，對Square收購Afterpay持“看好”態度，認爲該交易將在收入協同效應產生前，促進Square的長期利潤增長。Mihalos表示，該公司在收購前已經呈現了“同行最佳”的增長趨勢，在完成交易後，即使沒有產生協同效應，預計其毛利潤增長也將超過30%。該分析師認爲，Square將擁有多種渠道推動自身增長，建議現在就買入該股。
BTIG分析師Mark Palmer將Square目標價由295美元上調至320美元，重申“買入”評級。Palmer表示，除了完成收購Afterpay外，Square還公佈了多項指標超出預期的第二季度業績，這證實了其Cash APP和Seller生態系統的發展勢頭仍在持續。該分析師還指出，收購Afterpay是Square“重大且積極的舉措”，這將“對兩家公司的生態系統產生有意義的推動作用”。
