內地鼓勵家電生產企業開展回收目標責任制行動
國家發改委、工信部、生態環境部近日聯合印發通知,鼓勵家電生產企業回收目標責任制行動。
明確在電視機、電冰箱、洗衣機、空調器4類家電產品中,鼓勵生產企業實施回收目標責任制。參與實施回收目標責任制的企業要明確納入回收目標制的產品品類,並按年度確定回收目標,包括年度回收量、年度回收率等數量目標和年度回收行為等行動目標。回收產品的數量統計不受品類和品牌限制。在評估中數量目標完成情況佔70%,行動目標佔30%。
通知提出,到2023年,發展一批家電生產企業實施回收目標責任制的示範標桿,形成一批可複製可推廣的回收處理模式和經驗做法,重點家電品種規範回收利用率明顯提升,廢舊家電回收處理市場主體能力和水平顯著提高,支持家電企業履行回收責任的激勵機制不斷完善。(ta/k) ~
