九巴及龍運連續兩年凍薪
載通國際(00062.HK)旗下九巴及龍運巴士宣布今年凍薪,屬連續第二年凍薪,但會向非管理職級員工發放一次性2,000元特惠金,其他獎金及晉升機制則維持不變,並承諾會盡最大努力保障員工就業。
九巴及龍運巴士指出,疫情下營運情況面對重大挑戰,加上屯馬線通車進一步打擊載客量、油價持續上升、政府否決龍運加價申請,以及失落部分新招標的巴士路線經營權,對公司營運及財政帶來沉重壓力。
九巴及龍運預期未來經營環境持續困難,經審慎考慮上述因素以及參考就業市場及政府公務員薪酬檢討的決定,制定出今年度的薪酬檢討方案。
