《大行報告》大和下調利福國際(01212.HK)目標價至7.8元 評級「買入」
大和發表報告表示,利福國際(01212.HK)今年上半年扭虧賺2.2億元,與公司早前盈喜一致;期內銅鑼灣SOGO同店銷售按年升8.2%,尖沙咀店亦升6.8%,公司管理層透露7月份下旬業務錄強勁復甦,惟整體上7月平均單價顯著下跌,主因消費者在等候消費券推出。
該行下調利福2021至2023年度每股盈利預測10%至36%,以反映考慮到更謹慎的銷售復甦、更低的特許經營費率和非核心項目等因素,目標價由8元降至7.8元,但維持「買入」評級,相信公司是消費券的主要受惠者之一。
