新東方(09901.HK)公布,對於昨日公告指因近期監管動態取消公布第四季度業績的一事,公司強調紐交所及港交所均毋須登載季度業績發佈或年度業績公告,故公司取消董事會會議及登載2021年第四個財政季度的業績發佈並無違反美國或香港的任何規則。
