微盟(2013.HK)電商零售業務組織架構升級 進一步推動行業化、系統化和精細化發展

近日，微盟集團對電商零售業務版塊進行了組織架構升級，以不斷縮短和商家之間的距離，把商家運營和客户成功放到更高的戰略高度，向商家提供一套更加行業化、系統化、精細化的銷售和運營服務體系，通過不斷深耕行業，來滿足商家日益增長的私域經營需求。
微盟集團電商零售業務組織架構將做如下升級：

橫向拉通集團在電商零售業務版塊的各銷售職能，建立統一的客户銷售線(CSC)，由集團執行董事兼智慧商業事業羣總裁方桐舒負責；
橫向拉通集團在電商零售業務版塊的各商户運營及客户成功職能，建立統一的客户運營線(COC)，由集團首席運營官尹世明負責；
新成立SCG-行業事業部(IBU)，將原智慧零售事業部與SCG-電商事業部-行業銷售部和大客户銷售部進行整合，按集團行業戰略劃分行業羣組，進行垂直的行業化銷運一體運作，IBU由集團副總裁凌芸負責；
將原SCG-電商事業部升級為通用事業部(GBU)，原SCG-渠道中心升級為渠道事業部(CBU)，分別負責通用行業銷售、增值運營和客户成功的職責，以及渠道及生態體系的建設和運營。此外，將原CDG-創新中心和運營中心的部分團隊和職能合併升級為運營中心-增長運營部，聚焦流量生態、分銷市場和直播運營等服務；將原SCG-客服中心調整至CDG-運營中心，更名為服務支持部。
微盟集團希望通過此次組織架構的升級，全面整合集團電商零售業務的銷售及運營體系，將客户成功體系提升到新的台階，力爭做到行業內產品領先、運營領先、銷售領先，將微盟建設成為一家以產品技術驅動，運營服務為核心競爭力的公司，並最終實現願景：成為企業數字化轉型的最佳夥伴！
