立中集團(300428.SZ)：擬投資12億元建新能源鋰電新材料項目
格隆匯7月30日丨立中集團(300428.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年7月30日分別召開第四屆董事會第十五次會議和第四屆監事會第十三次會議審議通過了《關於擬投資建設新能源鋰電新材料項目的議案》，同意公司使用自籌資金投資建設新能源鋰電新材料項目，項目總投資為人民幣12億元。
建設內容：
該項目分兩期建設，一期項目建設期為2021年11月至2023年3月；二期項目建設期為2023年4月至2024年8月。
公司是功能中間合金新材料行業的龍頭企業，公司生產製造的鋁基功能中間合金產品尤其是高端晶粒細化劑、金屬淨化類、熔劑等產品每年對氟硼酸鉀、氟鈦酸鉀、氟鋯酸鉀以及氟硅酸鉀等氟化鹽原料的需求量較大。由於上述原料的國內市場質量參差不齊，為了保證公司關鍵原料的質量和供應保障，並進一步推進上下游產業鏈的延伸發展，公司將憑藉30多年來在新能源汽車和新材料領域積累的客户和市場資源，通過聘請具有本項目豐富經驗的行業技術專家團隊，依託其成熟穩定的工藝技術和豐富的生產管理經驗，投資建設立中集團新能源鋰電新材料項目。
該項目生產的六氟磷酸鋰、雙氟磺酰亞胺鋰產品能夠緩解新能源汽車客户鋰電池材料的供應短缺問題，同時六氟磷酸鋰、雙氟磺酰亞胺鋰產品產生的副產品有水氫氟酸通過中和置換，能夠合成功能中間合金的關鍵原料無機氟化鹽產品，從而能夠有效保障公司產品質量的穩定性，同時本項目生產的氟化鹽產品與公司的原料需求量相匹配，能夠保證公司關鍵原料的供應。
碳中和時代的到來，推動着新能源科技的創新發展，公司致力於新能源汽車產業鏈的延伸和發展。該項目將進一步推動公司在新能源汽車鋰電池材料方面的市場佈局，豐富公司在新能源汽車新材料領域的產品種類。同時，隨着新能源汽車動力電池的深入研究和探索，鈉離子電池將成為儲能電池、動力電池新的發展方向，公司擬投資建設的氟化鈉(電子級)產能將作為鈉離子電池材料端的技術儲配，實現公司多元化的產業佈局。
