《即日市評》恆指7月挫近一成 科網及內房股今受壓
恆指連升兩日後，今日受科網股跌勢拖累向下。受美企業績及盈利預測推動，美股道指及納指各升0.4%及0.1%，但亞馬遜料未來數季收入放緩，股價盤後挫逾6%；執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至1.25釐，美匯指數跌至91.83；美股道指期貨最新跌79點或0.23%，納指期貨最新跌1.1%。上證綜指全日跌14點或0.4%收3,397點、深證成指下滑0.3%、內地創業板指數跌0.6%，滬深兩市成交額共1.34萬億人民幣。
恆指今早低開272點，早段跌幅曾收窄至164點見26,151點，其後跌幅曾擴大至678點一度低見25,636點，尾市跌幅收窄，全日跌354點或1.4%，收25,961點；國指跌182點或1.9%，收9,233點；恆生科技指數跌177點或2.6%，收6,780點。大市全日成交總額1,896.35億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入3.92億及2.51億元人民幣。
恆指本週累跌1,360點或5%、國指本週累跌605點或6.2%、恆生科指本週累跌487點或6.7%。而恆指於7月累跌2,866點或9.9%、國指7月累跌1,430點或13.4%、恆生科指7月累跌1,374點或16.9%。市場關注中美關係發展、內地對互聯網、教育行業監管政策壓力持續，投資者憂慮不明朗因素令相關行業估值下降。
【科網股回落 美團挫半成】
科網股回落，騰訊(00700.HK)今日股價下滑2.6%收479元，美團(03690.HK)股價挫5.9%收215元，快手(01024.HK)股價走低7.4%。大和發表報告指，受到校外輔導課程的政策影響，近期市場極端波動，投資者擔心政策延伸至其他行業，包括互聯網行業，加上騰訊旗下微信暫停新申請，以及外送速遞員的政策，引起進一步的擔憂。因應近日監管機構舉行會議解釋，恢復市場信心。
該行指，互聯網公司可以採取較進取的股份回購方式，以重建投資者信心，不過市場將面對進一步的數據安全、反壟斷的監管，並會造成短期波動，當中特別是一些較重要的行業。而創新是互聯網行業的重要增長因素，只是估值會受到監管政策所影響。
【跌股一千隻 內房股走弱】
港股今日主板市寬轉弱，主板股票的升跌比率爲17比25(上日爲35比9)，下跌股份1,053只(跌幅2.6%)；恆指成份股今日16只股份上升，下跌股38只，升跌比率爲28比66(上日爲57比41)；大市今日錄沽空277億元，佔可沽空股份成交1,674.5億元的16.5%(上日17.1%)。
內房股受壓，龍湖(00960.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK)股價各跌7.5%及6.8%，富力(02777.HK)跌5.4%，而中國恆大(03333.HK)股價挫9.2%報5.26元。
中國恆大發澄清公告，就有關淮北礦業控股股份(600985.SH)公告於安徽省六安市中級人民法院提起民事訴訟子公司六安恆達建設工程價款及違約金4.01億元人民幣一事，公司現澄清這起訴涉及建設工程施工合同糾紛，雙方對是否達到合同約定的付款節點有爭議，故通過訴訟解決。恆大地產集團有限公司不是合同主體，涉訴無法律和合同依據，恆大地產集團有限公司已依法向法院提出異議。
