內房股跑輸大市 潤地/龍湖/中國恆大挫7%-10%尋底
自從上週尾內地要求持續開展整治規範房地產市場秩序工作,住建部更指,將對樓市調控不力及房價上升過快城市堅決問責後,內房持續跑輸,尤其是今天跌幅遠超大市,其中藍籌潤地(01109.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)低見25.75元及35.65元,分別創逾兩年半及逾一年低,現報25.95元及36.45元,雙雙急挫7%。

受困於多項負面消息的中國恆大(03333.HK)屢尋底,最低見5.15元創逾四年半低.,現報5.24元,急挫9.5%。藍籌中海外(00688.HK)/碧桂園(02007.HK)、世茂集團(00813.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及綠城中國(03900.HK)也跌4.5%-5.5%。

住房和城鄉建設部連同八個部門上週尾聯合要求持續開展整治規範房地產市場秩序工作,力爭用約3年時間,實現房地產市場秩序明顯好轉。工作指導思想包括始終堅持以人民爲中心的發展思想,堅持房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的定位。堅持聚焦問題、重點整治、堅持羣衆參與、開門整治、堅持齊抓共管、綜合整治、堅持標本兼治、長效整治,以及因城施策突出整治重點。

住建部房地產市場監管司司長張其光指,對調控工作不力及房價上漲過快的城市要堅決予以問責。下一步還將加強房地產金融管控,完善房地產企業三線四檔融資管理規則,落實銀行房地產貸款集中度管理,堅決查處經營貸、消費貸、信用貸違規用於購房。
