新寶股份(002705.SZ)上半年淨利降27.04%至3.14億元
格隆匯7月30日丨新寶股份(002705.SZ)披露2021年半年度業績快報，2021年上半年，面對複雜嚴峻的內外部環境變化，公司持續專注於主業，實現營業總收入66.44億元，較2020年同期增長31.69%。
2021年上半年，外銷需求仍然比較旺盛，但受全球疫情影響，國際物流緊張，公司客户下單及出貨的節奏受到一定程度的干擾。2021年上半年公司國外營業收入實現51億元左右，較2020年同期增長40%以上。
內銷方面，2021年上半年國內營業收入實現15億元左右，較2020年同期增長3%左右。其中：公司在國內獨家授權經營的海外品牌Morphy Richards(摩飛)，2021年上半年國內主營業務收入實現7.7億元左右，較2020年同期增長近10%；公司自主品牌Donlim(東菱)，2021年上半年國內主營業務收入實現1億元左右，較2020年同期下降40%左右。公司下半年會陸續推出更多創新產品，同時加強渠道運營，爭取自主品牌業務實現穩定發展。
2021年上半年，公司實現利潤總額4.04億元，較2020年同期下降25.75%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.14億元，較2020年同期下降27.04%；基本每股收益為0.3802元，較2020年同期下降29.27%；加權平均淨資產收益率為5.07%，較2020年同期減少了4.47個百分點。上述指標變動的主要原因是：2021年前期人民幣兑美元匯率的快速升值及大宗原材料價格的大幅上升，短期內對公司產品的盈利水平造成較大的影響。公司已積極採取系列措施應對：一方面公司通過新產品的研發、生產效率的改善及策略性採購安排等系列措施持續消化成本上升壓力；通過簽訂部分遠期外匯合約等措施來降低匯率波動風險；另一方面，對原有產品採取調價措施，但調價的效果有一定的滯後性。
報吿期末，公司的財務狀況良好，公司總資產為122.06億元，較報吿期初下降2.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益為58.56億元，較報吿期初下降3.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的每股淨資產為7.0833元，較報吿期初下降3.01%。
