惠生工程(02236.HK)盈警:預計上半年淨虧不超1億元
格隆匯7月29日丨惠生工程(02236.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月期間將錄得淨虧損不多於人民幣1億元,而上年同期則錄得溢利約人民幣930萬元。
公吿表示,預期虧損主要由於政府補助產生的其他收入減少;政府於2021年不再提供針對疫情的一次性寬免及資助;集團金融及合約資產的減值撥備增加;及因將計量集團所持辦公大樓及租賃土地的會計政策由成本模式變更為公平值模式而導致折舊及攤銷開支增加。上文計提的撥備及折舊屬非現金性質,不會對集團的現金流量產生任何影響。
