天壕環境(300332.SZ)：神安線管道山西閆莊-河北鹿泉段正式通氣
格隆匯7月29日丨天壕環境(300332.SZ)公佈，2021 年，神安線管道項目山西閆莊-河北鹿泉段物理連接完成，取得機械完工證書及國家法律法規要求的相關證照，經專家論證合格後開展試運行，經過注氮、置換、升壓、保運等工藝流程，截至目前，神安線管道項目山西閆莊-河北鹿泉段已正式通氣。該段管道長度約 234.64km，管徑813mm，設計壓力8.0MPa，設計年輸氣量50 億方，沿途設置11 個閥室，清管站1 座，閆莊分輸站1 座，跨越 2 個省、4 個地級市、6 個縣，管道從西向東敷設，橫跨太行山，穿越山地、河流、平原、黃土塬地貌。至此，神安線山西康寧-河北鹿泉段完成投運，並開始向河北區域內相關客户實現燃氣銷售，為公司創造利潤，提升經營業績。
神安線管道項目山西閆莊-河北鹿泉段的正式通氣，把陝西、山西充足的天然氣氣源運送到需求旺盛的河北市場，實現了天然氣上游資源與下游終端市場的無縫對接。公司依託神安線管道項目的投產運營，獲取多渠道氣源和市場開發的獨特優勢，以長輸管道和多區域城市燃氣供應為主要業務拓展方向，並通過建設支線、投資併購等方式拓展下游終端市場，整體轉型聚焦發展天然氣業務。截至目前，公司已與神安線沿線的部分工業直供客户、燃氣終端運營商等簽訂戰略合作協議或天然氣購銷協議，根據協議，公司將依託建成通氣的神安線管道，實現對河北市場的穩定供應，打造公司燃氣領域核心競爭力，提升經營業績和可持續經營能力。
在碳中和、碳達峯的戰略背景下，公司將充分把握國家大力支持天然氣行業發展的契機，緊抓發展機遇期，藉助神安線管道項目的投產運營，減少氣源供應中間環節，發揮煤層氣成本優勢，快速搶佔天然氣需求增量市場，並帶動以天然氣為清潔能源的燃氣發電、分佈式能源等綜合用能項目的開發，力爭成為一家集天然氣管道投資建設與運營，城市燃氣輸配及供應，天然氣貿易與銷售，天然氣綜合用能項目開發利用的清潔能源集團。
