盛業科技助力建設工地數字化升級,持續構建供應鏈智能服務生態
近日,隨着盛業資本(6069.HK)旗下盛業信息科技服務(深圳)有限公司(以下簡稱“盛業科技”)與中建八局第一建設有限公司達成基於“智驗寶驗收系統”的數字化供應鏈合作後,盛業科技將繼續加大智能化產業科技和數字化金融科技平台的研發和運營,讓供應鏈更高效,金融更普惠。
儘管國內建築業總產值在GDP中的佔比已超過四分之一,但傳統工地遵循粗放型發展模式,仍存在施工現場安全管理難、作業人員多、審批流程複雜,材料管理混亂、難以把控施工進度等諸多監控和管理問題,處於高消耗、低技術、高投入、低產出的困境。
信息化和智能化浪潮下,針對上述痛點的智慧工地應運而生,通過智能硬件實時採集數據,實現工地業務數字化,再運用大數據、雲計算、人工智能等技術對數據進行處理分析,智慧工地可以助力建築信息化升級,實現工程精細化管理,有效降低施工成本,提升效率,具有強烈的終端需求。根據華創證券數據顯示,2020年國內建築施工企業信息化投入僅佔總產值約0.08%,相比發達國家1%的投入仍有較大差距。這意味着國內智慧工地發展前景廣闊,有望在未來幾年加速價值釋放。

具體來看,智慧工地基於BIM系統,可將3S、VR/AR、AI等技術植入到建築、施工機械、人員穿戴設備、場地關口等當中,最大程度地收集物料、人員、安全、環境數據,實現作業人員與施工現場環境的協同,提升工程的安全係數,優化資源配置。此外,智慧工地模式之下,工程建設項目全生命週期內的綠色建造也能夠有效實行。精細管控施工過程,可以減少建築垃圾的產生,大幅降低能耗、物耗和水耗水平,為建築行業綠色供應鏈和循環生產方式的建立和壯大提供支持,有效節約資源、保護環境,高度契合國內綠色、健康發展的主旋律。隨着國家對智慧工地重要程度的認知不斷加深,各省市也陸續推出智慧工地建設指導意見及標準規範。
