百威亞太(01876.HK)上半年收入達34.77億美元 同比增長26.0%
格隆匯7月29日丨百威亞太(01876.HK)發佈2021年六個月業績報吿,2021年上半年,產品組合擴大使集團能夠利用潛在趨勢,同時掌握浮現的相關業務機會,在各地區的高端市場佔據領先地位。2021年上半年,收入達34.77億美元,強勁增長26.0%,計及匯率影響及調整項目變動後按呈報基準計增長35.0%,主要受中國市場表現帶動。高端及超高端產品線保持增長動能,使各市場的每百升收入均有所增加,整體增長達6.4%,按呈報基準計增長14.0%。在18.4%的銷量增長支持下,2021年上半年的正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利達11.55億美元,增加53.0%,按呈報基準計為66.4%。2021年上半年的正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利率上升589個基點。2021年上半年啤酒銷量達45,881十萬公升,春節及初夏的強勢商業宣傳活動,加上成功推出創新產品,使總銷量於2021年上半年增加18.4%。
中國方面,高端及超高端產品線錄得強勁增長,使上半年的每百升收入增加9.7%,按呈報基準計增加17.6%。2021年上半年的銷量、收入及除息税折舊攤銷前盈利均按年錄得雙位數增長,百威金尊及百威迷X果味啤酒等創新產品更進一步推動高端化增長量能。
韓國方面,由於凱獅的銷售表現不斷增強,加上消費者對HANMAC的接受度日漸增多,集團的市場份額繼續擴大。此外,儘管COVID疫情下尚在實施的限制對業界造成持續的不利影響,高端產品線於2021年上半年仍錄得雙位數增長。
印度方面,儘管COVID疫情加劇,銷量及收入於2021年上半年仍有雙位數增長。集團繼續憑藉百威、科羅娜及福佳等皇牌品牌推動高端化。
首席執行官及聯席主席楊克表示:“2021年上半年,我們保持第一季度的穩健增長動能,銷量、收入及除息税折舊攤銷前盈利均錄得雙位數增長。儘管COVID限制仍然持續,但有賴我們策略性地專注高端化、數字化轉型及商業擴張,各主要市場的每百升收入增長依然強勁。透過實行營銷途徑策略,我們加快了高端及超高端組合在各主要市場的增長,並進一步豐富和擴展我們的渠道和地域覆蓋範圍。我們亦推出了綠色融資貸款,將我們的財務指標與可持續發展表現掛鈎,使我們在達成2025可持續發展目標上繼續取得重大進展。”
