格隆匯7月28日丨華潤萬象生活(1209.HK)震盪拉昇,現報42.95港元,漲幅7.38%,最新總市值980.3億港元。公司26日公吿稱,預計上半年純利同比增長130%–140%。中信證券指,華潤萬象生活半年度業績再超預期,商管業務具備規模和業績持續超預期的可能,住宅物管業務也有發展潛力。調高公司2021-23年EPS預測到0.75/0.97/1.29元,維持買入評級,予2022年50倍PE的估值,目標價57.73港元。
