常滿控股(08523.HK)發盈警,料中期純利將按年減少90%至100%。
公司指,原因為去年同期獲得政府根據保就業計劃發放的一筆過工資補貼約330萬元,加上期內收益下降,主要由於一個主要項目在去年第四季度完成,而其他項目仍僅處於初步階段,建築材料(如混凝土、鋼材和木材)成本因升值而上升,過往年度就建築項目購置的汽車以及廠房及機械之維修及保養成本增加,及公司新成立的招標部門令員工成本增加,導致經營及行政開支上升。
