恆新豐控股(01920.HK)預計上半年虧損800萬-1100萬港元
格隆匯7月27日丨恆新豐控股(01920.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2021年6月30日止六個月錄得未經審核虧損淨額範圍在約800萬港元至1100萬港元之間,而截至2020年6月30日止六個月的純利約為1100萬港元。
董事會認為該等預期虧損淨額乃主要歸因於以下因素的綜合影響:(a)因市場競爭激烈導致項目定價需具競爭力及手頭項目基本於期內竣工,令收益減少;及(b)由於處理工地安排的突發變動產生意料之外的額外分包商費用,導致本集團於期內在將軍澳進行的項目錄得毛利減少。
