徽商銀行(03698.HK)將派發優先股股息5426.7萬美元
格隆匯7月27日丨徽商銀行(03698.HK)發佈公吿,董事會於2021年7月27日召開的董事會會議中審議通過,將根據優先股發行條款的規定,向優先股股東派發股息。本次優先股派發股息總額為54,266,666.67美元,其中按照票面股息率5.5%向優先股股東實際支付48,840,000美元。
優先股股息派發的股權登記日為2021年11月9日,股息支付日期為2021年11月10日。
