VICON(03878.HK)擬折讓逾19%配股,惟股價逆市升破52周高位0.44元,創逾13個月高,現造0.51元,急漲64.5%,一向疏落成交激增至2,873萬股,創17個月高。
VICON主要於香港提供地基工程與配套服務及建築機械租賃。該公司公佈,擬以每股0.25元(較昨天收市價折讓19.4%)配售最多7,960萬股或佔擴大後股本16.6%,預計配售所得款項淨額1,940.25萬元,將用作一般營運資金。
