格隆匯7月26日丨越秀地產(00123.HK)公吿,公司於2021年7月26日透過郴州秀城房地產開發有限公司(其擁有100%權益的附屬公司),通過公開掛牌方式以人民幣8.94億元成功競得郴州西城地塊。

郴州西城地塊佔地面積約297,600平方米,總可建築面積約807,033.3平方米,其中計容建築面積約629,025平方米。郴州西城地塊性質為商住用地。根據"住宅+配建"模式,項目公司需配建道路工程、橋樑工程、綠化工程、公園、廣場及小學,與郴州西城地塊分開。配建工程成預計約人民幣4.378億元,公司計劃通過外部融資(包括房地產開發貸款)為有關成提供資金。建成後,配建工程將無償移交給郴州市政府指定部門。

郴州西城地塊位於郴州西城門户板塊,項目周邊配套完善,生活便捷。項目三公里範圍內有郴州市排名前三的郴州市一中,三甲醫院郴州市第一人民醫院,大型購物中心友阿國際廣場、步步高廣場、新成廣場,公園有北湖公園及下湄橋公園。該項目為公司首次進入郴州的地產市場,可進一步推進公司全國化佈局。董事會認為,公司以合理價格收購郴州西城地塊,並將增加公司的優質土地儲備。
