永和股份(605020.SH)提示風險：如出台HFCs削減方案 可能對其生產經營帶來不利影響
格隆匯7月26日丨永和股份(605020.SH)發佈股票交易異常波動暨風險提示公吿，公司股票價格近期持續上漲，自2021年7月9日至2021年7月26日，已經連續12個交易日漲停，公司A股股票收盤價格從9.98元/股上漲至28.5元/股，漲幅達到185.57%。
公司主營業務為氟化學產品的研發、生產、銷售，產業鏈覆蓋螢石資源、氫氟酸、氟碳化學品、含氟高分子材料。氟化工行業具有周期性波動的特徵，行業發展與宏觀經濟形勢及相關下游如空調、汽車、電線電纜等行業的景氣程度有很強的相關性。受上游原材料供應、下游產品市場需求、產品生產能力、環保政策等諸多因素的影響，氟化工行業近年來經歷了較為明顯的週期變化。若未來由於行業週期性波動導致行業低迷，公司未來盈利能力可能受到影響。
螢石資源的儲備是公司業務發展的起點和業績增長的基礎。公司目前擁有采礦權 2個，探礦權2 個，截至 2020 年末已經探明螢石保有資源儲量達到 329.35 萬噸礦石量，未來公司還將通過委託專業機構對探礦權進行進一步勘查後申請採礦權。
根據中證指數有限公司發佈的數據顯示，截至2021 年7 月26 日，公司的滾動市盈率及靜態市盈率為74.67倍、市淨率為5.70倍，高於公司所屬的化學原料及化學制品製造業的行業滾動市盈率32.96倍、靜態市盈率42.31倍、行業市淨率3.73倍。
基加利修正案生效日期為2019年1月1日，2021年6月，中國宣佈正式接受該修正案，該修正案將於2021年9月15日對中國生效。 如我國出台HFCs 削減方案，可能對公司生產經營帶來不利影響。
