華音國際控股(00989.HK)獲得一項股東貸款1.03億港元
格隆匯7月26日丨華音國際控股(00989.HK)發佈公吿,就公司於2016年7月27日發行予控股股東家譯投資有限公司的可換股債券,已於2021年7月26日到期。同日,家譯已同意向公司提供一項股東貸款金額約為港元1.03億,作為部分再融資該可換股債券;於本公吿日期,該可換股債券本金為港元8796萬及累計應付利息為港元1511萬。
董事相信,提供股東貸款將給予集團機會,以利用控股股東的持續財務支持可節省利息;因此,對集團整體都有利。
