國務院指內地學科類培訓機構不得上市融資及嚴禁資本化運作 教育股遭拋售普遍續挫逾10%-43%
國務院指內地學科類培訓機構一律不得上市融資，嚴禁資本化運作，市場擔心內地教育行業面臨政策風險。中概教育股上週五率先於美股遭拋售全面急瀉，本港教育股今天也難逃遭拋售厄運，尤其是新東方在線(01797.HK)、卓越教育(03978.HK)、新東方(09901.HK)及思考樂教育(01769.HK)分別低見3.86元、0.62元、17.54元及1.31元上市新低，現造4.03元、0.63元、17.62元及1.43元，急挫32%、40.5%、41.7%及43.5%。
華夏視聽教育(01981.HK)及睿見教育(06068.HK)分別低見3.56及1.46元同創上市新低，現造3.69元及1.54元，續挫逾17%。中教(00839.HK)低見11.3元創15個月低，現造13.24元，續挫13.6%；宇華教育(06169.HK)低見4.4元，創逾八個月低，現造4.62元，續挫19%；天立教育(01773.HK)低見1.75元，創近兩年半低，現造1.81元，續挫29.6%。中國科培(01890.HK)急挫20%報4.28元即市新低兼創逾15個月低。希望教育(01765.HK)低見1.28元，創逾年半低，現造1.36元，續挫17%。21世紀教育(01598.HK)低見0.47元上市新低，現造0.48元，續挫18.6%。
楓葉教育(01317.HK)及成實外教育(01565.HK)分別低見1.48元及0.7元，分別創逾五年半低及逾年半低，現造1.6元及0.78元，續跌9%及11%。新高教(02001.HK)低見3.53元，創15個月低，現造3.8元，續挫12%。民生教育(01569.HK)低見1元，創逾八個月低，現造1.08元，續挫11.5%；新華教育(02779.HK)低見1.8元創逾兩年半低，現造1.81元，續挫9.5%。中國東方教育(00667.HK)低見8.22元，創上市新低，現造8.3元，續跌9.3%。大山教育(09986.HK)續挫15%報0.58元創即市及上市新低。
中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳日前印發《關於進一步減輕義務教育階段學生作業負擔和校外培訓負擔的意見》明確提出，學科類培訓機構一律不得上市融資，嚴禁資本化運作，各地不再審批新的學科類校外培訓機構，現有學科類培訓機構統一登記爲非營利性機構。此外，上市公司不得通過股票市場融資，投資學科類培訓機構，不得通過發行股份或支付現金等方式，購買學科類培訓機構資產。外資不得通過兼併收購，受託經營，加盟連鎖，利用可變利益實體等方式控股或參股學科類培訓機構。已違規的要進行清理整治。
