航天宏圖(688066.SH)：與銀河航天簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯7月26日丨航天宏圖(688066.SH)公佈，2021年7月26日，公司與銀河航天(北京)網絡技術有限公司(“銀河航天”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
銀河航天是一家致力於低軌寬帶通信小衞星星座建設、運營及服務的高科技企業，擁有通信載荷、衞星平台、地面設備、通信網絡等方向一流的專家團隊和行業內領先的設計研發能力。公司融入互聯網思維和運作模式，通過敏捷開發、快速迭代進行研製，規模化生產低成本、高性能小衞星，打造全球領先的低軌寬帶通信衞星星座，建設覆蓋全球的天地融合寬帶衞星通信網絡，並提供國際化寬帶網絡服務和商業運營。
合作內容如下： 1、SAR遙感星座建設。面向市場對SAR 星座的需求，雙方合作論證創新SAR 星座任務，航天宏圖提供應用需求牽引，銀河航天提供星座建設方案，合作建設SAR 遙感星座系統，推動商業化SAR 遙感星座發展及應用普及；
2、遙感/通訊融合星座系統技術。面向遙感數據的快速回傳需求，合作論證基於星間/星地鏈路存儲轉發的快速回傳方案、基於低軌寬帶通信星座的數據實時回傳方案，基於銀河航天擁有的在軌衞星資源開展試驗驗證，推動遙感通信融合星座系統論證與建設；
3、通信遙感一體化衞星研製。面向未來航天領域技術發展趨勢和應用需求，聯合前瞻性佈局 Ka 頻段寬帶通信、SAR 遙感一體化衞星載荷技術攻關，聯合申報各類國家項目，並擇機開展通信遙感一體化衞星研製和入軌驗證；
4、地面測運控與應用系統建設。為滿足各類型試驗衞星和應用星座長期運行管理、數據接收及應用處理等，雙方合作開展滿足單星和星座需求的地面測運控與應用系統研製建設；
5、市場戰略合作。雙方共享市場資源，利用上述合作成果，共同開拓軍民商等典型應用市場；
6、資本及產業合作。雙方發揮各自優勢，聯合雙方資源擇機成立產業基金，投資產業鏈上下游相關企業和關鍵項目，共同推動行業發展。
該戰略合作協議的簽訂，基於航天宏圖在衞星遙感行業應用市場積累與銀河航天在低軌通信/遙感衞星研製技術優勢，面向通導遙一體的技術融合趨勢，有利於充分發揮各自優勢，在SAR 遙感星座以及與通信星座系統融合、通信導航遙感一體化衞星研製、地面測運控與應用系統建設、市場與資本等方面進行戰略合作，有利於公司持續健康發展。
