最新进展！证监会通报“中源家居”案，多名嫌疑人已被抓捕归案

一度沸沸扬扬的“中源家居”“利通电子”股票价格操纵案有了新的进展。
7月23日，证监会新闻发言人在例行新闻发布会上表示，相关账户涉嫌操纵中源家居、利通电子等股票价格案取得重大进展。
相关涉嫌犯罪人员抓捕归案
经查，2020年9月至2021年5月，史某等操纵团伙控制数十个证券账户，通过连续交易、对倒等违法方式拉抬“中源家居”“利通电子”股票价格，交易金额达30余亿元，相关行为已达到刑事立案追诉标准，涉嫌构成操纵市场犯罪。
经调查还发现，相关金融机构个别人员涉嫌非国家工作人员受贿犯罪。
目前，证监会已依法将上述涉嫌违法犯罪案件及线索移送公安机关追究刑事责任。
近日，证监会配合公安机关开展联合行动，一举将位于广东、北京、河北等地的多名主要涉嫌犯罪人员抓捕归案，相关侦办工作已全面展开。
证监会表示操纵市场严重破坏市场“三公”原则，严重侵害投资者合法权益，必须予以严厉打击。针对操纵市场案发态势，证监会进一步强化线索综合分析研判，强化行政刑事执法协作，坚决做到发现一起，依法从严从快从重查处一起，涉嫌犯罪的，坚决移送公安机关。下一步，证监会将坚决落实中办、国办联合发布的《关于依法从严打击证券违法活动的意见》，加强与公安机关的协作配合，用足用好证券法、刑法修正案(十一)的法律赋权，加快推进案件办理工作，持续净化市场生态。
证监会严查以市值管理之名操纵市场
今年5月，证监会新闻发言人就媒体报道某微博大V爆料事件时表示，对于以市值管理之名实施操纵市场、内幕交易等行为，证监会始终秉持“零容忍”态度，依法予以严肃查处，涉嫌犯罪的，及时移送公安机关。
此前，有媒体报道某微博大V爆料某上市公司与盘方合谋，进行市值管理、“坐庄赖账”等情况。前私募冠军叶飞近日通过微博“叶飞私募冠军直说”爆料，中源家居市值管理“盘方”蒲菲迪找其合作，提供了中源家居200名股东名册等资料，锁仓代持保底支付了10%不到的保证金，许诺“盘方拉升30%以上”，让其下家公募基金和券商资管购买公司股票。后续公司股票持续下跌，蒲菲迪拒不支付保底的保证金，并且直接将股票出给其下家，导致公募基金损失几百万元。
随后，中源家居发布澄清公吿称，自上市以来，公司、控股股东、实际控制人、董事、监事、高级管理人员均未直接或通过第三方以口头或书面形式委托有关盘方购买公司股票，开展“市值管理”，公司实际控制人、公司董事、监事、高级管理人员也未接触或与蒲菲迪、微博大V“叶飞私募冠军直说”相识。
证监会新闻发言人表示，对于媒体报道的情况，证监会高度重视，5月13日，上交所启动排查相关账户，并于当日下午向相关公司发出了监管工作函，要求公司进行自查，并如实披露相关情况。证监会派出机构已约谈公司及相关各方，并启动核查程序。一旦发现上市公司及实际控制人、私募基金、公募基金等相关机构从事或参与相关违法违规活动，证监会将一查到底、依法严惩，并及时向社会公布。
