格隆匯7月23日丨重慶銀行(01963.HK)發佈公吿,自2021年6月28日起至2021年7月23日,A股股票已連續20個交易日收盤價低於每股淨資產,達到觸發穩定股價措施的啟動條件。根據《穩定股價預案》,董事會將在股票價格觸發啟動穩定股價措施條件之日(2021年7月23日)起的10個交易日(2021年8月6日)內製訂穩定股價的具體方案,並在履行完畢相關內部決策程序和外部審批/備案程序(如需)後實施,且按照上市公司信息披露要求予以公吿。
