安莉芳控股(01388.HK)預計上半年純利3000萬港元 同比扭虧
格隆匯7月23日丨安莉芳控股(01388.HK)公佈,預期集團於截至2021年6月31日止6個月錄得公司擁有人應占溢利約3000萬港元,而2020年同期則錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約3900萬港元。
錄得的公司擁有人應占溢利主要由於(i)國內零售市場的需求在中期相對2020年同期趨向正常化使收益有所改善;及(ii)其他支出減少,尤其是(a)使用權資產減值撥備及(b)集團內部重組而產生的員工離職協議金,因中期預期經營環境及集團銷售趨向正常化,而2020年同期由於受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響,導致集團於專門店的銷售表現疲弱。
