長陽科技(688299.SH):部分募投項目延期
格隆匯7月23日丨長陽科技(688299.SH)公佈,2021年7月22日,公司召開第二屆董事會第二十次會議、第二屆監事會第十九次會議,審議通過了《關於部分募集資金投資項目延期的議案》,綜合考慮當前募投項目的實施進度等因素,同意公司將募集資金投資項目“年產 3000萬平方米半導體封裝用離型膜項目”建設期延長至2022年6月、同意公司將募集資金投資項目“研發中心項目”建設期延長至 2022年12月,此次延期未改變募投項目的內容、投資用途、投資總額和實施主體。
