協合新能源(00182.HK)附屬訂融資租賃安排 取得3.1億人幣資金
協合新能源(00182.HK)公布,全資附屬永州界牌協合風力發電作為承租人,向北銀金融租賃以3.1億元人民幣(下同)出售經營發電站之若干機器及設備,其後租回設備,適用利率相當於相關五年期貸款市場報價利率加0.55%之浮動利率。
公司表示,融資租賃安排項下之交易將不會導致集團錄得任何出售收益或虧損。公司將從融資租賃協議產生3.1億元總出售所得款項淨額,將用作一般營運資金,以為日常業務過程中之業務營運及活動提供資金,包括購置風力及光伏發電設備。
