中利集團(002309.SZ)旗下騰暉光伏與國信投資簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯7月22日丨中利集團(002309.SZ)公佈，近日，公司全資子公司蘇州騰暉光伏技術有限公司(“騰暉光伏”)與山東國信新一代信息技術產業投資運營有限公司(“國信投資”)簽訂《戰略合作框架協議》。雙方秉承共同參與開拓省內外新能源市場的宗旨，開展“碳達峯、碳中和”能源戰略研究及全面戰略合作，展現雙方在能源革命中的使命與擔當。
雙方側重在山東省範圍開展新能源項目的合作開發，優先將淄博、東營和濱州等地區作為重點開發區域，率先推廣整縣碳中和國家級示範區“6+1”實施方案及集中式光伏發電項目，根據項目佈局和發展需要，由甲方國信投資(或其關聯方)和乙方騰暉光伏合資成立光伏製造公司及項目開發、運維公司，雙方優勢互補、共同發展，按照雙方權利和義務，共同開拓新能源項目資源。
甲方依託堅實的政府合作關係，發揮品牌優勢、資金優勢，負責協調省能源局、省電力公司辦理項目建設指標獲取、電網接入手續等工作；乙方利用自身行業技術優勢，負責光伏製造、項目開發等產業鏈整體解決方案，雙方共同努力促成項目落地。
其一，國信投資是山東魯信投資控股集團公司下屬金融科技板塊聯合山東國欣文旅集團專業產業基金髮起設立的混合所有的國有控股企業，致力於新一代信息技術領域的投資和運營，主要圍繞省市黨委政府、國有企業、八大垂直行業開展信創產品的供貨和集成業務，現籌劃投資建設信創領域的全省大數據產業集羣，IDC高耗能特點正是新能源風光發電的高消納用户，為此，需要嫁接騰暉光伏的優勢和騰暉光伏深度合作以達到供需互補。
其二，騰暉光伏是全球一級組件供應商、中國光伏製造商一級領跑者企業, 國內最大的光伏電站開發商之一；具有太陽能光伏電站設計、EPC承建資質和整體解決方案。2015年創新推出的“智能光伏+科技農業”填補全球空白,創新“貧困村光伏農場”，成為全球太陽能電力行業的領跑者，在國內外累計開發建設光伏電站項目達12GW以上。公司於2019年10月份新設立的山東騰暉新能源技術有限公司，規劃最新一代的光伏組件產能達5GW，一期已於今年年初正式投產運營。
其三，此次合作重點在整縣屋頂光伏分佈式、美麗鄉村振興、綜合智慧能源、網源荷儲一體、中利創新推出“6+1”、農業光伏、合同能源管理等方面，積極探索符合雙方產業發展和利益的創新合作開發模式。雙方具有較強的業務互補性，此次合作將有利於提升雙方在整縣(市、區)屋頂光伏領域、尤其是山東屋頂光伏市場的競爭力和市場佔有率。
