華住集團-S(01179.HK):第二季Legacy-Huazhu業務平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年102%
格隆匯7月22日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公吿,於2021年第二季度Legacy-Huazhu業務的平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年的102%,稍低於公司先前的預期。6月份的反彈幅度為100%,較5月份的反彈幅度106%有所放緩。
然而,如撇除廣東省及北京的影響,公司的平均可出租客房收入恢復較前預期一致。於7月份,隨着廣東的COVID-19疫情受有效控制,加上北京的旅遊限制放寬,公司的平均可出租客房收入恢復重回正軌。
隨着德國自2020年11月首次封城後推行接種疫苗計劃,SteigenbergerHotelsAG及其附屬公司("DH")的酒店需求已見初步復甦。於2021年7月16日,約60%的德國人口已最少接種一針疫苗。於7月份,酒店需求的復甦持續,入住率達35%。然而,由於最近有消息顯示歐洲國家可能會爆發另一波COVID-19的delta變種病毒疫情,復甦情況仍不確定。
華住集團有限公司源於中國,是一家世界領先的酒店集團。截至2021年6月30日,華住在17個國家經營7,126家酒店,擁有692,284間在營客房。華住的品牌包括海友酒店、怡萊酒店、漢庭酒店、全季酒店、星程酒店、桔子酒店、桔子水晶酒店、漫心酒店、美崙酒店、禧玥酒店、花間堂、你好酒店及CitiGOHotel。於2020年1月2日完成收購DH酒店後,華住在其投資組合中增加五個品牌,包括施柏閣、美輪美奐酒店、JazintheCity、IntercityHotel及ZleepHotels。
此外,華住還擁有在大中華地區作為美居、宜必思及宜必思尚品主要加盟商的權利,以及美爵酒店與諾富特酒店的合作開發權。華住的業務包括租賃及自有,管理加盟以及特許經營模型。在租賃及所有權模式下,華住直接經營通常位於租賃或自有物業的酒店。在管理加盟模式下,華住通過華住派駐現場的酒店經理來管理管理加盟酒店,且華住向加盟商收費。
在特許經營模式下,華住為特許經營酒店提供培訓,預訂及支援服務並向加盟商收費,但不會派駐現場酒店經理。華住在其所有酒店均採用統一標準及平台。截至2021年6月30日,華住以租賃及自有模式經營其15%酒店客房,以管理加盟及特許經營模式經營其85%酒店客房。
