格隆匯7月21日丨中天科技(600522.SH)公佈，公司於2021年7月21日收到上海證券交易所上市公司監管一部下發的《關於江蘇中天科技股份有限公司重大風險事項的監管工作函》，監管工作函全文內容如下：
“江蘇中天科技股份有限公司：
2021年7月21日，你公司提交公吿稱，公司及控股子公司南通江東電科通信有限公司(江東電科)高端通信業務出現預付款項對應貨物延期交貨，應收賬款普遍逾期，大額存貨或無法足額變現等合同執行異常情形，可能對公司構成重大風險。為督促你公司妥善處理相關事項，依法依規履行信息披露義務，維護公司及全體投資者的合法權益，根據本所《股票上市規則》第16.1條的規定，現就有關事項明確要求如下。
一、前期，我部在2020年年度報吿信息披露監管工作函中要求公司及會計師核實該業務開展模式、主要客户與供應商關係、資金與貨物流轉情況、生產資料與業務規模匹配性等。請你公司及會計師進一步核實前述涉及事項，審慎判斷該業務開展的實際情況和業務實質，評估前期信息披露內容是否存在偏差及原因，明確是否存在其他應披露而未披露的事項，是否存在侵佔上市公司利益的行為，並按規定予以公吿。
二、請你公司全面、審慎評估前述事項可能對上市公司產生的影響，及時、充分地向投資者揭示風險，並嚴格按照《企業會計準則》的規定進行相關會計處理。
三、請你公司查明合同出現執行異常情形的具體原因及責任人，並就此次風險事項的調查及處置進展，按規定及時、持續履行信息披露義務，並保證所披露的信息真實、準確、完整，充分保障投資者的知情權。
四、請你公司及全體董事、監事和高級管理人員本着對投資者負責的態度，勤勉盡責、積極履職，依法依規充分採取有效措施維護上市公司合法權益，儘量減少相關風險事項產生的不利影響，全力保障上市公司穩定經營、規範運作。請你公司收到函件後立即披露，並認真落實本工作函要求，妥善處理相關風險事項，依法依規履行信息披露義務，全力保護上市公司和投資者的合法權益。”
中天科技及全體董事、監事、高級管理人員將按照上海證券交易所的要求，認真落實《監管工作函》的各項要求，妥善處理本次重大風險事項，依法依規及時履行信息披露義務，全力維護上市公司及廣大股東的利益。
