親親食品(01583.HK)預計上半年淨虧損不超1000萬元
格隆匯7月21日丨親親食品(01583.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月的收入將可能較截至2020年同期錄得增長約14%。收入有所增加主要由於產品銷量增長,並主要歸因於(i)集團持續調整產品結構及銷售策略;及(ii)電商業務收入增加。
儘管董事會預期截至2021年6月30日止六個月的收入有所上升,基於下述主要因素,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月將錄得不超過人民幣1000萬元虧損,相比截至2020年同期錄得綜合純利約人民幣5000萬元有所變動的主要原因如下:
(i)集團策略性投放額外的精力及資源於電商渠道,以達致銷量增長及提高新零售渠道相較集團總收入佔比,推進集團業務的進一步長遠增長。因此,電商業務期內收入上升,佔集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月的總收入約8.3%(截至2020年6月30日止六個月:3.6%)。然而,集團電商渠道銷售的產品由於較大力度的產品促銷活動和渠道費用支出(包括已在總收益中扣除之批量折扣、免費贈品以及應付線上平台之其他開支)以致淨售價較低。另外,電商業務的分銷費用較高,此導致電商業務於截至2020年6月30日止六個月出現淨虧損約人民幣1700萬元(截至2020年6月30日止六個月:淨虧損約人民幣40萬元);
(ii)集團四個位於中國的新生產基地於2020年下半年及2021年上半年投產,由於實現規模經濟尚需時導致生產及管理費用均有所上漲,減低本集團的期內純利約人民幣16百萬元;
(iii)2021年上半年部份原材料價格上漲,新投入服務的生產設備的製造費用,勞動成本由於整體工資上調有所增加,以致集團產品單位生產成本上漲,減低集團的期內純利約人民幣13百萬元;及
(iv)截至2021年6月30日止六個月港元及美元兑人民幣貶值,集團錄得以港幣及美元計值的現金及現金等價物產生的有關滙兑虧損合共約人民幣300萬元,而2020年期間港元及美元兑人民幣升值,則錄得匯兑收益人民幣900萬元。
