振江股份(603507.SH):擬通過上海榮太在香港投設2家孫公司 以整合更多國際資源
格隆匯7月21日丨振江股份(603507.SH)公佈,公司為了更好地開拓海外業務,與國際市場的交流、合作及戰略佈局,形成國內、國外業務的聯動與配合,進一步提高公司綜合競爭實力和未來持續發展動力,公司通過全資子公司上海榮太科技有限公司(“上海榮太”)擬在香港特別行政區投資設立全資孫公司。
投資標的:榮太(香港)控股有限公司,註冊資本1億港幣,經營範圍為對外投資併購,進出口貿易;香港榮鏈航運有限公司,註冊資本5000萬港幣,從事國際集裝箱船、普通貨船運輸;進出口業務;國際貨運代理業務;船舶代理;船舶租賃服務。
公司此次在香港設立全資孫公司符合公司發展戰略規劃和經營實際需要,推進國際化進程,有利於開發、吸收、整合更多國際資源,增強公司核心競爭力,對公司發展具有積極的推動作用。
