《大行報告》大和降香格裏拉(亞洲)(00069.HK)評級至「跑贏大市」 目標價下調至7.8元
大和發表報告表示,預期香格裏拉(亞洲)(00069.HK)今年上半年業績較去年下半年有所改善,主因成本削減帶動EBITDA有好轉所致,但相信公司下半年前景變得不太明朗,因目前Delta變種病毒正在東南亞等一些主要市場迅速傳播。
該行補充,香格裏拉除了中國內地業務,相信集團幾乎所有其他酒店市場都需要可持續的跨境旅行,以使其酒店業務實現有意義的復甦。該行將其目標價由9元降至7.8元,並指上行空間有限,評級由「買入」調低至「跑贏大市」。
