聯洋智能控股(01561.HK)盈警:上半年預虧不少於1.1億港元
格隆匯7月21日丨聯洋智能控股(01561.HK)公佈,集團預期將錄得截至2021年6月30日止6個月公司股東應占重大虧損不少於1.10億港元,而截至2020年6月30日止6個月公司股東應占虧損則約為3620萬港元。
預期虧損增加主要由於集團的第三方支付服務分類的業務活動大幅減少所致。第三方支付交易量於截至2021年6月30日止6個月較2020年同期減少約99%。自2020年下半年出現業務活動大幅減少的原因為(i)監管機構的監管力度大大增強,法規的執行更為嚴格;(ii)行業參與者之間競爭加劇;及(iii)本已高度分化的市場正因境外跨國企業即將進入而惡化。集團已開展業務轉型,並嘗試推出新產品及獲得該業務分類的新客户,惟2021年上半年的業績未如理想。
