《即日市評》恆指再跌 油股受壓 恆大系沽壓未除
變種新冠病毒持續在多國肆虐，市場憂拖累全球經濟復甦，港股今日持續向下。投資者憂慮疫情令各國政府再次採取封城措，美股道指及納指昨各跌2.1%及1%，執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至1.196釐，美匯指數升至92.93；美股道指期貨最新升224點或0.66%，納指期貨最新升0.5%。人行公佈內地7月貸款市場報價利率(LPR)連續第15個月不變，一、五年期利率分別爲3.85%、4.65%；上證綜指全日跌2點或0.07%收3,536點、深證成指升0.12%、內地創業板指數升0.4%，滬深兩市成交額共9,668億人民幣。
恆指今早低開93點，早段曾倒升43點一度高見27,532點，其後再度向下，跌幅曾擴大至368點見27,121點，尾市跌幅收窄，牛熊線(27,169)失而復得。恆指全日跌230點或0.8%，收27,259點；國指跌93點或0.9%，收9,864點；恆生科技指數跌94點或1.3%，收7,337點。大市全日成交總額1,395.35億元，滬港通南下交易淨流出27.72億元人民幣；深港通南下交易淨流入6.22億元人民幣。
【中國恆大跌 融創中國挫】
恆大系今日先挫後跌幅略收窄，恆大湖南省邵陽市兩個住宅項目一度被當地監管部門暫停銷售，但在日內又再獲準恢復預售。中國恆大(03333.HK)股價一度下挫逾15%，午後跌幅略收窄，最終全日跌10.2%收7.37元。發盈喜的恆大物業(06666.HK)尾市回穩，全日股價微升1仙；而恆大汽車(00708.HK)股價再挫11.2%。湖南省邵陽市住房和城鄉建設局其後發佈通知指，由於兩家恆大項目公司積極整改，決定恢復恆大華府、恆大未來城項目預售許可、網籤備案、預售資金撥付。
其他內房股造淡，融創中國(01918.HK)全日股價下滑6.3%，旭輝(00884.HK)股價走低6.1%，綠城中國(03900.HK)及富力(02777.HK)股價分別下滑3.8%及2.6%。摩根士丹利發表報告，料內房上半年核心盈利增長平均僅3.2%，而毛利率亦呈跌勢，憂慮開發商去槓桿將令毛利率繼續受壓。該行估計上半年內房收入將平均升15.1%，而毛利率中位數則跌至24.5%，而去年上半年及去年全年則分別爲29.9%及26.9%。
【跌股千三隻 石油股受壓】
港股今日主板市寬續弱，主板股票的升跌比率爲10比33(上日爲12比32)，下跌股份1,398只(跌幅2.8%)；恆指成份股今日11只股份上升，下跌股份45只，升跌比率爲19比78(上日爲14比86)；大市今日錄沽空204.63億元，佔可沽空股份成交1,173.68億元的17.435%(上日16.961%)。
中資石油股受壓，中石油(00857.HK)及中海油(00883.HK)股價各走低3.6%及1.8%，中石化(00386.HK)股價下滑2.7%。因新冠疫情再次威脅石油需求，加上OPEC+達成增產協議，市場憂慮石油供應有可能再次出現過剩。9月布蘭特期油昨急挫4.97美元，或6.8%，報每桶68.62美元。8月紐約期油昨跌5.39美元，或7.5%，報每桶66.42美元，創9月以來最大跌幅。
