格隆匯7月20日丨萬東醫療(600055.SH)大漲近9%,報28.7元,7月份迄今累計漲幅達72%,最新總市值155億元。在今年2月斥資22.97億元入主萬東醫療後,美的集團再度出手加碼,進一步穩固對萬東醫療的控股地位。萬東醫療7月5日晚間發佈公吿,擬定增募資不超過20.83億元,用於MRI產品、CT產品、DSA產品、DR及DRF產品等研發及產業化項目,控股股東美的集團將以現金方式認購公司本次非公開發行的全部股票。
