外電指港交所(00388.HK)歐冠昇研究惡劣天氣下續開市
據《彭博通訊社》報道,早前香港懸掛黑色暴雨警告訊號,聯交所宣布停市,而港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁歐冠昇出席研討會時表示,對事件感不明所以,雖然他未有指出會作轉變,但他的評論反映隨著疫情下遙距及在家工作普及,環球金融市場正進一步尋求擺脫陳舊的規則。
報道引述歐冠昇指,人們已開始習慣在家工作,而首要問題是應否運用相關經驗,尋找方式研究如何繼續運作。他續指,不希望要員工在颱風或黑雨情況下回到寫字樓,或將任何人置於風險中,但認為現實上應有方式確保當投資者需要交易時,市場是開放的。
