《週末樓市》一手成交回落至約40宗 二手交投保持雙位數
剛過去週六日(17、18日)本港樓市缺乏全新盤開售,一手成交僅約40宗,爲近三個月低位。其中,會德豐及信置(00083.HK)等五大發展商合作發展的西南九龍「維港匯」第一及三期過去兩日沽出六宗,本月計則沽出45夥,套現近6.1億元。至於第二期發展商早前預計將於短期內開價及推售。
另外,建灝地產屯門「上嵐」上週已公佈首張開價,消息指過去兩日獲逾300票,較首張價單推50夥超購5倍以上,項目估計或於日內加推單位並落實首輪銷售安排,擬於本週末進行銷售。
二手方面,中原地產十大屋苑本週末錄得15宗成交,較上週末再跌16.7%,數字雖連跌2周,但已連續廿二個週末維持雙位數水平。而美聯物業過去週末10大藍籌屋苑合共錄得約17宗買賣成交,雖較上週末下跌約15%,仍廿二週保持雙位數。
至於香港置業十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於週末兩日最少錄12宗成交,較上週末16宗減少4宗。利嘉閣過去週末十大指標屋苑累錄16宗二手成交個案,較上週末的20宗跌20%,但仍連續廿二個週末錄得雙位數成交。(ek/u)
