港股異動 | 創維集團(0751.HK)高開近4% 擬分拆創維電器於深交所創業板上市
格隆匯7月19日丨創維集團(0751.HK)高開近4%,報2.41港元,總市值64億港元。創維集團宣佈,公司已根據證券上市規則的第15項應用指引,就建議分拆公司的間接非全資附屬公司創維電器股份有限公司("創維電器")的業務並於中華人民共和國深圳證券交易所創業板市場(因應公司屆時考慮市場情況而定)獨立上市事宜向聯交所提交分拆申請。於2021年7月16日,聯交所上市委員會已確認公司可根據上市規則第15項應用指引進行建議分拆。
