中密控股(300470.SZ):百萬千瓦級核電站反應堆冷卻劑泵流體動壓軸封組件樣機研製項目通過科學技術成果鑑定
格隆匯7月16日丨中密控股(300470.SZ)公佈,公司與相關單位聯合完成的“百萬千瓦級核電站反應堆冷卻劑泵流體動壓軸封組件樣機研製”項目,順利通過中國機械工業聯合會與中國通用機械工業協會組織的科學技術成果鑑定。
項目主要應用於百萬千瓦級壓水堆核電站。主要技術特點包括:採用三級串聯密封結構、四套金屬節流管並聯節流降壓,實現三級密封腔分級降壓;採用平衡型、多彈簧靜止非接觸式摩擦副結構,動環採用特殊鑲裝結構;靜環端面開有微米級深度的波形槽;軸套和腔體設置有可補償熱膨脹的特殊裝置。
2021年7月16日,中國機械工業聯合會與中國通用機械工業協會在成都市共同組織召開了由中廣核工程有限公司、中密控股股份有限公司、瀋陽鼓風機集團股份有限公司、合肥通用機械研究院有限公司聯合研製的“百萬千瓦級核電站反應堆冷卻劑泵流體動壓軸封組件”樣機鑑定會。
鑑定委員會由來自國家生態環境部核與輻射安全中心、中國核動力研究設計院、蘇州熱工研究院有限公司、中國核工業集團有限公司、中國廣核集團有限公司、福建福清核電有限公司、廣西防城港核電有限公司、上海交通大學機械與動力工程學院、清華大學機械工程系的專家組成,葉奇蓁院士擔任鑑定委員會主任。
經質詢和討論,鑑定委員會一致同意通過鑑定。
鑑定委員會認為,研製單位完成的國內首台(套)“百萬千瓦級核電站反應堆冷卻劑泵流體動壓軸封組件”具有自主知識產權,主要技術參數和性能指標達到了國際同類產品先進水平,可在核電站推廣應用。
該項目歷時10餘年,本着科學、嚴謹、認真的態度,開展了參數敏感性分析,掌握了關鍵結構參數和工況參數對密封性能的影響規律;建立了鑲裝結構、波形端面摩擦副在機械變形及熱變形影響下的流固熱耦合計算模型,為多工況條件下密封性能的分析和結構設計提供支撐;開發了動壓軸封輔助密封處相關金屬件的設計及輔助密封摩擦力測量技術,改善靜環浮動性;開發了複雜連續曲面三維形貌測量技術和評價體系,保證了加工精度與一致性;建成了反應堆冷卻劑泵流體動壓軸封多功能試驗枱架,可滿足穩態和瞬態工況試驗要求。該項目尚未在核電站現場實現應用。
