港股午評：恆指漲0.45%，醫美股強勢，港交所直線拉昇漲4%
港股上午盤三大指數臨近午盤直線拉昇，恆指漲0.45%報28121點，國指漲0.19%報10194點，恆生科技指數跌0.22%報7644點。南下資金半日淨流入14.33億港元，大市半日成交額為758億港元。
盤面上，軍工股大漲居前，特斯拉概念股、醫美股、汽車股、港口航運股再度活躍， 復鋭醫療科技大漲超14%創歷史新高；碳中和概念股、紙業股、光伏股、煤炭股、稀土概念股普漲，藥品股維持強勢行情，復星醫藥漲超6%欲挑戰高位；大型科技股小米升近5%，騰訊、百度、京東小幅上漲；教育股繼續走低，半導體股、石油股、濠賭股普跌。傳中國數據安全審查豁免赴港上市公司，港交所直線拉昇漲超4%。
全國碳排放權交易今日開市，碳中和概念股全線上漲。全國碳排放權交易市場7月16日啟動上線交易。發電行業成為首個納入全國碳市場的行業，納入重點排放單位超過2000家。我國碳市場將成為全球覆蓋温室氣體排放量規模最大的市場。
煤炭板塊走強，發改委將投放逾1000萬噸煤炭儲備。國家發改委發佈消息稱，為做好迎峯度夏煤炭供應保障工作，已提前制定煤炭儲備投放預案，本次準備投放規模超過1000萬噸，主要分佈在全國各地的幾十個儲煤基地和有關港口，能夠根據需要隨時投放市場。
小米(1810.HK)拉昇漲近4%，手機銷量超越蘋果晉升全球第二。全球著名市場調研機構Canalys今日發佈手機市場第二季度排名，小米公司在全球智能手機市場佔有率達到17%，超越蘋果晉升全球第二，同比高速增長83%。Canalys稱，小米已經完成從挑戰者到市場主導者的業務升級，並繼續提升整合運營商市場和公開市場的渠道勢能。Canalys認為，小米的新目標，就是取代三星成為全球最大的智能手機供應商。
復鋭醫療科技(1696.HK)飆漲超14%再度破頂，市值首次站上150億港元。復鋭醫療科技公佈，全資附屬復鋭天津已與復星醫藥全資附屬復星產業訂立再許可協議。長效肉毒素RT002，是基於Revance的專利賦型肽技術和神經毒素獨家開發的一種高效、長效神經傳導阻斷劑，可用於醫美適應症及多項潛在的治療適應症。
