漢王科技(002362.SZ):香港漢王友基擬在日本、法國設全資子公司
格隆匯7月15日丨漢王科技(002362.SZ)公佈,公司三級控股子公司深圳漢王友基科技有限公司的控股公司香港漢王友基科技有限公司(“香港漢王友基”)因業務發展需要,擬使用100萬日元、3萬歐元在日本、法國分別設立全資子公司。
香港漢王友基在海外設立子公司,有利於進一步加強公司數字繪畫產品在本土市場的推廣及銷售,提高數字繪畫產品在海外的品牌知名度,增強公司數字繪畫產品的市場競爭力,此次投資使用自有資金,不會影響公司的正常經營,不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
