荃銀高科(300087.SZ):與安徽張海銀種業基金會簽署租賃合同
格隆匯7月15日丨荃銀高科(300087.SZ)公佈,2021年7月15日,公司及控股子公司安徽荃豐種業科技有限公司(“荃豐種業”)與安徽張海銀種業基金會(“基金會”)簽署《房屋租賃合同》,公司及荃豐種業將安徽省合肥市高新區天智路3號整體場區房產租賃給基金會,租期15年,交易金額2591.21萬元。
本次交易的主要目的在於盤活公司資產,提高資產利用效率,實現穩定收益,同時為更好地開展以種業為基礎、多種公益項目並行的慈善事業,促進基金會長期可持續發展。
