美吉姆(002621.SZ)：多方簽訂戰略合作協議 將在南寧高新區設立美吉姆國際業務總部
格隆匯7月15日丨美吉姆(002621.SZ)公佈，2021年7月15日，公司作為乙方與甲方南寧高新技術產業開發區管理委員會、丙方廣西博盟基金管理有限公司(簡稱“博盟基金”)、丁方廣西宏桂匯智基金管理有限公司(簡稱“宏桂匯智”)本着平等互利、友好協商的原則簽訂《戰略合作協議》。合作內容與合作方式包括：
1、助力廣西城市建設，促進城市服務升級
甲方根據國家與地方相關政策文件，在税收扶持政策、經濟貢獻獎勵、人才經濟發展貢獻政策等方面給予乙方支持。乙方依託甲方的政策優勢，緊緊圍繞並服務於“促進城市經濟發展、提升城市品質內涵”的主題，以“輸出高端早教服務品牌、提升城市教育服務品質”為使命，充分發揮自身在早期教育領域積累多年的運營管理優勢，不斷創新經營發展思路，大力推動業務轉型升級，積極致力於南寧及廣西各級城市教育服務的提檔升級。基於業務發展方面的合作，乙方、丙方、丁方經協商一致後，可共同參與乙方在廣西區域設立的平台公司。
2、推動知識產權整合，建設國際業務總部
乙方依託甲方的政策優勢，將境外子公司持有的“MY GYM”品牌在亞洲區知識產權遷移至乙方在南寧高新區的子公司南寧美傑姆教育科技有限公司。乙方將在南寧高新區設立美吉姆國際業務總部，充分依託甲方政策支持和廣西作為中國-東盟十國經貿文化合作橋頭堡的區位優勢，整合集中知識產權與市場佈局，逐步加強在東南亞、東亞、南亞和俄羅斯的業務戰略部署，在為南寧高新區貢獻税收的同時，為廣西打造一張國際高端兒童早教輸出的文化名片。
3、組建教育科技基金，實現產業投資聯動
乙方、丁方基於市場化原則，共同合作並推動發起設立“廣西宏桂美吉姆教育科技產業投資基金(擬)”(簡稱“產業基金”)。產業基金總規模不少於人民幣5億元，由丁方作為基金管理人，由乙方子公司珠海啟星未來教育基金管理有限公司作為執行事務合夥人，具體架構及合作模式以雙方另行簽署的合作協議為準。丙方依託本地化的協同力，協助乙方、丁方組建產業基金，協助投資方儲備和項目挖掘，協助所投項目在廣西落地，併為乙方門店業務拓展提供選址與建設等產業資源的支持。
產業基金將充分發揮國有資本、上市公司、產業基金等平台優勢，運用美吉姆在兒童早期教育領域的領先資源，調動社會資本力量，通過產業基金投資實現產業投資鏈條收益的最大化。產業基金專注於孵化或投資教育科技相關產業，包括但不限於少兒科創、少兒藝術、少兒體能、在線早教、OMO早教、社區早教、高科技學教具等領域的優質教育資產，助力於美吉姆業務發展。
